Mobile Deposit FAQ
ARE THERE ANY FEES FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT?
No, there are no fees for mobile deposit. Other fees may still apply, however, such as returned items or overdrafts and mobile carrier fees. Please consult your deposit agreement for a list of fees that are applicable to your account.
WHAT IS THE CUTOFF TIME FOR A DEPOSIT BEING POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Deposits must be received by 3:00PM local time in order to be processed and credited on that business day, subject to the banks Funds Availability Policy.
Items deposited after 3:00PM will be processed the next business day, with funds being made available following the banks Funds Availability Policy. Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays are not considered business days.
HOW ARE DEPOSITS ON THE WEEKEND HANDLED?
Deposits made after 3:00PM on Fridays will be processed on the next business day, following the weekend.
WHAT ARE THE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITS?
Each check is considered a separate deposit and must be endorsed with your signature and one of the following printed endorsements:
- For Mobile Deposit Only FSBDQ
- Mobile Deposit Only FSBDQ
- Mobile Deposit FSBDQ
We utilize different risk profiles, depending upon your account history with us, to determine what limitations will apply:
