Datacenter Migration FAQ

Planned System Maintenance - March 20-22

Beginning Friday, March 20, we will be moving our datacenter to a new location. This upgrade will improve the reliability of our systems and help us reduce downtime during future maintenance.

The migration will begin at 4:00 PM on Friday, March 20, and continue until approximately 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 22. During this time, you may still be able to access online and mobile banking, but some services will work differently than usual.

What You Need to Know

Transfers

During the migration, account‑to‑account transfers in online banking and the mobile app will be temporarily unavailable. This prevents transfers from being sent to the old system during the move.

Debit Card Transactions

You can continue to use your debit card throughout the weekend. However, beginning at 4:00PM on Friday, March 20th, transactions will not post to your account right away. Our debit card network, Shazam, will use a snapshot of your balance taken before the migration and will temporarily monitor your transactions during the move.

Once the migration is complete, all transactions made during the weekend will be sent to us and posted to your account normally.

This migration is an important part of our long‑term plan to modernize our banking systems. These upgrades will help us deliver the products and services our customers want and support a more reliable experience moving forward.

While projects like this can lead to occasional inconvenience, we are working hard to keep any disruption to a minimum. Our team will be focused on restoring full service as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this upgrade.
