COVID-19 Update

First State Bank of DeQueen continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic that is currently affecting many areas of our country. The safety of our customers and employees is of great concern to us. In order to limit the exposure of our customers and employees to the virus, we are taking the following steps effective Thursday, March 19:

Lobby Closures:

All of our lobbies will be closed to the public. Should you need to speak with a lender or open a new account, we ask that you please call ahead and make an appointment.

Drive Thru and ATM Services:

Our Drive Thru windows will be open for service at all branches, and will be open during our normal operating hours. Our ATM's are available to your 24/7 for cash withdrawals and balance inquiries.

Online/Mobile Banking:

Our Online and Mobile Banking platforms are a great way for you to manage your accounts anytime, but especially during this current pandemic. With our Online and Mobile Banking platforms, you can check balances, transfer funds, and if signed-up for iPay, you can pay bills from the comfort and safety of your home. Contact your local branch to get signed up today if you haven't already.
